Graph datasets
Collections of graphs
Working in algebraic graph theory, I often find myself using and contributing to several datasets of graphs. On this page, I list these datasets and give methods to access the data directly or indirectly.
Self-promotion
In the table below I list the datasets of graphs I have currently been involved in creating and/or curating.
| Name | Description | Access |
|---|---|---|
| Cubic Cayley graphs | Complete for orders 4-5000 | 4-5000 |
| Quartic Cayley graphs | Complete for orders 5-1025 | 5-1025 |
| Minimal Cayley graphs | Complete for orders 2-511 | 2-511, 384 |
| GraphSym | Several classes of highly symmetric graphs, and more | link |
| Neumaier graphs | Partial enumeration and sporadic generation | link |
Other collections
In the table below is a list of other sources of graphs and related data that are useful to have at hand.
This list does not contain some well-known collections of graphs found online, but many of these be found through the House of graphs’ meta-directory.
| Name | Description | Access |
|---|---|---|
| House of Graphs | A database of small graphs | link, meta |
| PHOEG web UI | A web UI to search for small graphs | link |
| Vertex-transitive graphs | Complete for orders 10-47 | link |
